Complaints and your rights

Distance contracts concluded with us are governed by Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection'. You may withdraw from a distance contract under the conditions set out in the pre-contract information, and you may send a complaint to contact@thrymox.com. We answer complaints in writing; if our response does not satisfy you, you may apply to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection or to a court.
