Terms of Service

These Terms govern the landlord operational support services provided by thrymox.com to business customers (B2B).

1. Provider and scope

Provider: LLC thrymox.com, 10 Khreshchatyk St, Business Center “Leonardo”, Kyiv, 01001, Ukraine, contact@thrymox.com, +380 955 046 2392, EDRPOU 31953012. Services are supplied to landlords acting in the course of business; these Terms do not create consumer rights. Pre-contract information is provided here and in each quotation under Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce'.

2. Quotes and fees

Each engagement follows a written quotation stating scope, fee basis and payment terms. Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated. Unpaid invoices may lead to suspension of the service.

3. Landlord responsibilities

The Landlord provides accurate property data, confirms lawful authority to act for the property, and gives timely instructions and approvals. The Landlord remains responsible for the property, tenancy agreements, safety and regulatory compliance.

4. Service limitations

We provide operational support only. We are not a letting agent, legal or tax adviser, and we do not guarantee occupancy, income or any other result. Advertised statements are accurate and substantiated as required by Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising'.

5. Cancellation and termination

Either party may terminate for convenience on 30 days' written notice. Fees for work performed remain due; prepaid unused fees are refunded pro rata. Complaints are answered in writing within 10 business days, following Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection'.

6. Liability and data

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid in the three months before the claim; indirect loss is excluded. Personal data is processed as described in the Privacy Notice under Law of Ukraine No. 3992-IX 'On Personal Data Protection'. These Terms are governed by Ukrainian law.
